Joan Osborne
Dynamite’s deal with Joan Osborne sees the Company acquire the worldwide publishing rights, co-owned with UMPG, to all songs written or co-written by Joan Osborne, along with her neighbouring rights royalties. These include songs from Osborne’s debut album ‘Relish’ (1995) which established her as one of the most distinctive voices in American music, earning Grammy nominations and selling over three million copies in the US alone. Dynamite's acquisition includes tracks written by Osborne for the album such as 'St. Teresa', 'Crazy Baby', 'Ladder', 'Spider Web', ‘Lumina’, and 'Pensacola'. Following Relish, Osborne cemented herself as a highly influential songwriter across a body of work that spans blues, soul, and Americana, with her later albums – particularly Trouble and Strife (2020) and Nobody Owns You (2023) - showcasing some of her most ambitious and critically acclaimed writing to date.

Lou Pomanti
The Company’s deal with Lou Pomanti comprises 100% of the writer's and publisher's shares of worldwide public performance income for all musical compositions written in whole or in part by Pomanti. These works comprise compositions written by Pomanti for a broad variety of television and film works across major broadcasters on both sides of the Atlantic, including his scores for The Ron James Show (CBC), MegaBuilders and Mighty Planes (Discovery Channel), Chop Socky Chooks (Teletoon/Cartoon Network), and Take This House and Sell It (HGTV). In addition to his composition and scoring, Pomanti is perhaps best known internationally for his work with Michael Bublé (including arrangements for Grammy Award-winning ‘Crazy Love’), Gordon Lightfoot, Anne Murray, and Blood, Sweat & Tears vocalist David Clayton-Thomas.
